  2. Definisi End-user Computing End user sendiri berarti pemakai, dimana pemakai menggunakan produk akhir sistem berbasis komputer. Sehingga, End-User Computing sendiri dapat diartikan sebagai pengembangan seluruh atau sebagian sistem berbasis komputer oleh para pemakai (McLeod, 1995:25).
