  15. Uniform Travel days: Scout polo shirt (X 2?) Neckerchief (international) Blue shorts or trousers (not jeans) Any footwear Uniform shirt not required at this camp Sweden 2011

  16. Luggage We now have a holdall for everyone Daybag for the Ferry • Toiletries (overnight) • Change of underwear • Books/games • also useful for day trips Everything must fit in this (inc sleeping bag n roll mat) This stays on the coach during the ferry crossing Sweden 2011

  17. Kit list / Clothing • We will issue a suggested kit list • Sleeping bag & roll mat inside holdall • Hiking Boots? • Laundry sessions during camp Sweden 2011

  19. Costs • £550 per person (inc adults) • Variables • Exchange rate • Fuel costs • Ferry costs • We hope to reduce the cost to £250 for those who FULLY participate in fundraising Sweden 2011

  20. Camp Fees £25 per month from October 2010 As at May 2011 8 X £25 = £200 If you have not paid £200 get your cheque book out! Sweden 2011

  22. Fundraising • We will keep records of who supports each event. • No support = no credit • 100% support = 100% allocation of funds • No guarantee we will hit target of £250 • You can just pay the full £550 • But fundraising is an important team function Sweden 2011
