Visualisation and Analysis Tools for Collective Work: Are Mirrors Effective in Regulations?

This project explores the use of visualisation tools, such as mirrors and awareness tools, for enhancing collective work efficiency. By comparing data, providing advice, and distributing regulations, the study aims to improve the division of labor and feedback process among team members. Utilising metacognitive tools, displaying indicators, and setting standards are key in guiding actions and diagnosing issues within group dynamics and workflow. The project also analyses logfiles and conducts correspondence analysis to enhance team interactions and behaviors. Contact Patrick Jermann and Fabien Girardin at EPFL for more information.
