Park @ Dolores Park DARK PASAGE 1947 film-noir thriller shot in San Francisco and starring Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. HAROLD AND MAUDE 1972 cult classic shot throughout Northern California. Starring Ruth Gordon, Bud Cort and a Cat Stevens soundtrack. On Saturday, May 15th 2004 the San Francisco Neighborhood Theater Foundation, in cooperation with local residents and merchants, will present an outdoor film screening of the 1972 screwball comedy classic “What’s Up Doc?” (Starring Barbra Streisand and Ryan O’Neal). The film will be presented on a giant outdoor screen and will be preceded by previews of films produced by local filmmakers. Our goal is to create an exciting and fun event that brings the community together and demonstrates the value of film in our neighborhoods. The event will attract residents from throughout the City to Dolores Park and its surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy the unique cultural and commercial attractions available in Noe Valley, the Castro and the Mission. We hope that you will join on us on May 15th! SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Premiere: $2,000 and up Top billing as one of only three premiere sponsors for May 15th and May 29th screenings (“Maltese Falcon to screen May 29 in North Beach ) Premium placement of logo on event posters for both events (1,000 to be distributed citywide) Full-Screen Logo Placement in pre-show slide show at both events Acknowledgment in email event announcements and top billing/logo placement on website event page at www.sfntf.org.
