  2. Chinese life Chinese came from China to Australia to dig for gold unfortunately the people from other countries were really harsh to the Chinese because they were smart.

  3. Chinese • The Chinese were smart whereas the other people were jealous because the Chinese were so smart and they gained more money then the other people.

  4. Food • The Chinese ate damper a lot, the Chinese also found vegetables which were very rare, some Chinese wasted there money on rum or other money wasting drinks.

  5. Clothes • The Chinese wore baggy pants normal shirts and hats on the goldfields. • They looked very different to the other miners on the goldfields.

  6. Chinese tools • The Chinese used normal tools like picks shovels and cradles, but they mostly used to buy items and sell them for more then they bought it for.

  7. Chinese Transport • Chinese walked but others had carriages or donkeys or horses for the richer who were more successful.
