Jay Sawyer of Northbrook Feels That the DH Era Is Finally Ending For Good

Jay Sawyer, an avid baseball fan from Northbrook has always felt that the Designated Hitter rule or DH should be removed from the game as it takes away opportunities from young players by allowing older players to extend their careers despite their history of injuries or eroding abilities. The DH has prevented many promising younger players from developing their MLB careers in the past so many years. However, looking into the MLB at present proves that baseball is finally going in a direction where DHs will no longer be needed.
