Position requirements – Marketing Assistant: • Tasks: • - Creation, controlling and information of various sales, stock & profit reports • - Initiation of further development & implementation of SAP/PSI system related issues e.g. back order status • - Marketing responsibility for designated NSCs • - Composition of POS data to record sell in / out status • - Controlling & co-ordination of samples for trade fairs and promotional events of our NSCs and internet content • - New model registration involving coordination with domains & NSCs • - Support Budget control & responsible for issuing debit/credit notes • - Support product registration & model administration • - Preparation of material for analysis of competition: competitors’ overviews, GfK based reports, etc. • Qualification: • - Relevant university degree • - Very good English Skills • Professional Experience: • - Job experience in marketing through internships • Additional requirements: • - Analytical skills required • - Ability to work within tight timeframes • - Pro active drive and enthusiasm

Position requirements – Trainee European Marketing: Tasks: - Support and participation of P&L planning - Sales and turnover plan per model and month - Managing & control of inbound quantities, sales and warehouse stock - Monitoring market trends & collect latest market information from sales dept - Identify sales gaps & develop countermeasures to achieve BP turnover - Prepare PSI documentation & present to management during PSI meeting - Dealer visits and distribution analysis - GfK Data analysis (Market demand, share, hit lists, channel analysis) - Benchmarking of competitors (product, price, place, promotion) - Create product price lists for dealers - Support reporting to Senior Mgmt and activity & budget plan support - Development of POS material - Participation in developing packaging, including final artwork, text, etc. - Handling of stock shifts and additional orders - Decision of distribution and channel strategy with NSCs & factories Qualification: - Relevant university degree - Fluent English Professional Experience: - Job experience in marketing through internships etc Additional requirements: - Strong international background required - Analytical skills required - Full mobility across Europe required - Pro active and enthusiastic

Position requirements – Junior Product Manager: • Tasks: • - Support European communication activities like PR, catalogues, Web, POP, international fairs & events • - PSI planning, consolidation & analysis including system maintenance • - Interface between manufacturing companies and NSCs • - Creation of reports regarding competitors, sales situation, profit, stock, BP • - Market data analysis (GFK data by countries & distribution) • - Analysing sales and P/L status • - Analyse price movements in the market & support formulation of price & product requirements and price adjustment with factories • - Support for allocation of advertising budgets • - Support preparation of central Rocket Launch activities • - Support product registration & model administration • - Composition of POS data to record sell in / out status • - Support creation of line-up request by various analysis and researches • Qualification: • - Relevant university degree • - Very good English Skills, additional languages preferred • Professional Experience: • - Job experience in marketing including internships for min. 2 years • Additional requirements: • - Analytical skills required • - Team working • - Ability to work under pressure

Position requirements – Product Manager: Tasks: - Management of the team to deliver excellent performance - Development of product roadmap for midterm based on following activities: Competitor analyses / Product benchmarks / Market data analysis - Responsibility for content of communication materials (advertising, catalogue, POP, Web, etc) - Development of Marketing story (visual/content) & mgmt of material creation - Fair preparation/coordination (e.g. IFA) - Monitor sales performance for countries/products/consumers - Standard and ad-hoc reporting - Preparation of line-up request in close discussion with NSCs & negotiation of this request with domain - Consumer research - Define price targets for line-up discussion, analyse and discuss needs for price revisions for current line-up - Continuous analysis of PSI situation and development of countermeasures - Coordination and status follow-up during BP creation Qualification: - Relevant university degree - Very good English skills Professional Experience: - Job experience in marketing for min. 4 years Additional requirements: - Experience in one or two product categories desired - Analytical skills - Pro active attitude and thinking ahead - Communication skills - Presentation skills - Negotiation Skills
