  2. Vocabulary Review • Presentations: (137) help you show your ideas using slides, outlines, speaker’s notes and audience handouts. • Broadcasting: (137) a presentation allows you to deliver a live presentation over the Internet. • Animation: (140) text or pictures that have motion.

  3. Vocabulary Review Continued… • Outline tab: (143) displays all the text on your slides in outline form. • Slides tab: (143) displays your slides as small pictures or thumbnails. • Slide pane: (144) is the workbench for PowerPoint presentations.

  4. Vocabulary Review Continued… • Slide Sorter view: (146) displays a miniature version of the slides on the screen so that you can move and arrange slides easily. • Slide Show view: (147) you can run your presentation on the computer as if it were a slide projector to preview how it will look.

  5. Multiple Choice • When an existing file you want to open is not shown in the PowerPoint dialog box, choose • (C.)
