  3. Meet the Team Angela Shoemake Allan H. Shoemake Robert G. Pedersen II CHAIRMAN AND CEO CFO CREATIVE DIRECTOR Entrepreneur, visionary and LuMee brand ambassador. Was the co-Founder and former Chairman and CEO of ZAGG Inc (NASDAQ:ZAGG). Awards include the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010, the 2012 Golden Stevie Award, and the 2012 Utah Business CEO of the Year. Received his MBA, with an emphasis in finance and marketing, from Brigham Young University. Co-founder and seasoned fiancial professional. Angela is focused on the accounting, finances and IP of the LuMee brand. Photographer and inventor of the LuMee case, Allan has used his skill to provide perfect lighting for U.S. Presidents and celebrities alike. For over 25 years he has been a much sought after photographer in the NY Metro area. Allan brings his photographic expertise to the LuMee brand and oversees all of it’s creative endeavors. Most recently a VP at Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A, she is a CPA with a Master of Accountancy in Taxation.
