An army officer, Charles Pratt and his family live in the mansion before him and one day he suddenly leaves the house with his family and never came back. People believed that he died. It is believed by the local people of Shimla, the person who first made this house attempted suicide in the mansion. So, his soul always remain in the mansion and don’t let anybody stay here.This house is really haunted.
