  3. Progress • Two rounds of editing • Delay to work with MT2 to develop the Small Wind Turbine Annex • CDV was submitted recently • No scheduled meetings • Document with responses will be submitted within 2 weeks by Bo (convenor)

  4. Changes Between Ed. 2.1 and 3 • High order regression changed to bin-analysis • Bin size changed from 1 m/s to 0.5 m/s • Averaging time changed from 10 s to 60 s • Analysis based on 1/3-octave bands • Reference wind speed at hub height • Detailed uncertainty analysis • All data used in analysis • Annex for small wind turbines • Updated annexes
