  2. COMET Ownership Time Line RMS motion is to approve the draft Competitive Metering Ownership Timeline as presented subject to change as necessary. Future changes will first be approved by RMS and the subsequently, these future changes will be approved by TAC.

  3. Standardized List of Three Phase Meters For Competitive Meter Ownership ***NOTE*** Programming specifications are subject to TDSP requirements; i.e. display sequence, measured quantities, etc.

  4. COMET Standard Meter List RMS motion is to approve the Standardized Lists of Three-Phase and Single-Phase Meters as recommended by the COMETWG as a deliverable to the PUCT on April 25, 2003 and approved by RMS on April 23, 2003. The Standardized Lists are subject to adding more meters to the lists prior to January 1, 2004.
