Retail Market Subcommittee • No Voting Items this Month • Preview of Future Voting Items • RMGRR111 - Process Updates for the Request of Historical Usage Data via Smart Meter Texas Web Portal • Describes new process for third parties to obtain 15-min historical usage via the SMT • Establishes that 15-min historical usage data is not provided by TDUs in current LOA process for historical usage • RMGRR113- Updates to Standard Historical Usage Request • Clarifies that an applicant at a new residence may authorize the TDU to release 12-mos of historical usage, despite not having lived in the premise during the past 12 mos.

Retail Market Subcommittee New RMS Working Group Under Consideration • Transitioning AMIT to RMS as SMT Working Group • AMIT and RMS leadership working to define which tasks to transition and when, in 2013 • RMS will request revision to RMS Procedures to add the Smart Meter Texas Working Group

Retail Market Subcommittee Sharyland Transition to Competition • Sharyland Transition Task Force • Define procedures to transition Sharyland's Stanton, Colorado City, Brady, and Celeste divisions into ERCOT on May 1, 2014 • Customers that do not select a competitive REP will be allocated to default service REPs • ~41,000 ESI IDsand ~18,000 customers

Retail Market Subcommittee Smart Meter Texas Third Party Access APIs • Technical Review of SMT draft APIs • Purpose: Conduct a technical review, question and answer session specifically covering the technical aspects for machine to machine API implementation and integration for Market participants to be able to access the upcoming SMT third party functionality Date: Monday November 5, 2012 Time:  1:00 PM to 4:00 PM CST
