  1. Illinois Department of Human Services /Division of Mental Health and Illinois Mental Health Collaborative Present August 2009 Registration Enhancements

  2. Implementation of Enhancement • These enhancements will be implemented Friday, 8/28/09. The last run of the current batch process will be 8/27/09 at 1 PM Central. Any files received after 1 PM will need to meet the new requirements. All files received after 1 PM will be held and processed after the changes have been implemented on 8/28/09 and the reports will be available on Monday, 8/31/09.

  7. Length of all records changing to accommodate new fields • Registration record and trailer record changing from 868 to 871 • Response files updated to include 3 new fields

  8. Updates to existing error codes • All Diagnosis code error codes (077 – 085) – Any diagnosis code submitted with the decimal will now be an error. The error code will correspond to the specific diagnosis code. • Error code 026 – ‘Street Address 1 is missing or invalid’ – Updated to include if any special characters are submitted (Examples: *, #, &, %)

New Error Codes • Error Code 194 - ‘Client Income cannot be greater than Household Income’ - This error will occur when the Client Income is greater than the Household Income • Error Code 195 -‘Street Address line 2 is invalid’ – This error will occur when the street address line 2 is reported and contains special characters (Examples: *, #, &, %)
