Goals of the project: • create awareness of the telework advantages in the business and research communities in the CIS countries; • study and promote the experience and best practices of telework in the EU countries; • identify local telework problems; • create new EU-CIS contacts in the telework area; start new business telework projects Vilnius, October 2002

Three major lines of the project: • which IST projects, which EU teleworking tools or methodologies can be the best for the use in the CIS countries? • which operational EU-CIS business teleworking systems can be the best to show them as positive or negative experience of teleworking? • What are the local telework problems and how the particular country is ready for the telework?
