Qualification Requirements – overall themes • To provide a dedicated vocational qualification for Housing Maintenance professionals; • To reflect the diverse range of skills required; • To bring Housing Maintenance into the ‘professional arena’; • To imbed current and future practice requirements; • To provide systematic progression route.

  5. Consultation and Development • Taking the process forward; • The CIOB/CIH Steering Group; • Consulting the industry; • Outcomes and endorsements; • Qualification structure – core themes and specialisms;

Level 2 Certificate in Housing Maintenance (CHM2) Level 3 Certificate in Housing Maintenance (CHM3) Level 4 Certificate in Housing Maintenance Management (CHMM4) Level 4 Diploma in Housing Maintenance & Asset Management (DHMAM4) Level 4 Diploma in Housing Development (DHD4) Housing Maintenance Qualification Structure
