  3. Work in the Funding Proposal (FP) FIRST, not the SF424 What you need to enter/upload in the SF424 Utilize OSP Resources, especially if you are a first time user
  4. Why Work in the Funding Proposal FIRST? RAPPORT is Designed to Create Most of the SF424 Application for you The FP will be used to Create the Award Record in Full Grants; it needs to be accurate Create/Update SF424 Activity Erases Changes to Mapped SF424 Fields Only Certain Items are Completed in the SF424 But what if I need to Update Incorrect Information in the SF424 Application?
  5. What if my People Data Requires Updating? The PI & Dartmouth Senior/Key Personnel Data can be Edited in RAPPORT After Editing Dartmouth Personnel Profiles, the Create/Update SF424 Activity will Correctly Populate the SF424 with the Updated Information Non-Dartmouth Personnel Information is Hand-entered and Mapped to the SF424 There Should be No Reason to Update Personnel Information in the SF424
  6. How do I Access Dartmouth Personnel Profiles? View 1.0 Proposal Access for PI Name View 7.1 Dartmouth Senior/Key Personnel Names Dartmouth Personnel Names are LINKS in RAPPORT Right Click on LINK and Open (new window/new tab), Make Changes, Click APPLY

Manual Data Entry for Modular & Detailed Budgets All Budget Justifications are Uploaded in the SF424 Some Other Attachments are Uploaded in the SF424; see DRA Manual for List Manual Data Entry of Question 15a, b, c on the SF424 Cover Page 2 (total Federal, total non-Federal) Application-specific SF424 Forms that are not Mapped (e.g., Fellowships)
