  3. Chapter 9 Shipping Documents 1.Commercial invoice is a statement sent by the seller to the buyer giving particulars of the goods being purchased, showing the sum of money due. 2. Functions of commercial invoice: ①The importer needs it to check up whether the goods consigned to him are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the respective contract; Commercial invoice
