  9. I-5 North Summary • City of Burbank will donate/quit claim 5 commercial properties to the project by March 2012. • 7 properties will be through permit to enter and construct. The agreement will be among Caltrans, Metro and City of Burbank. The target is March 2012. • Caltrans will have legal control for two flood control properties by the end of February 2012.
