Directors Mandate The mandate given to the directors is to ensure that the estate is: • Safe and Secure • Aesthetically beautiful, pristine and exclusive • Financially sound and compliant • Populated by informed and happy residents
Residents Rights • A well run, efficient community association • Enjoy common areas that are well maintained • Participate in the community through attending meetings & serving on committees • Have access to the association financials, minutes and other records • Be treated with respect and fairness in all dealings with the association • An association which spends its members funds wisely for the benefit of the whole • Be provided with the rules and regulations on purchase of property, and fair and consistent enforcement procedures • Transparency in association policies and a procedure for appeal for issues which arise.
Residents Responsibilities • Ensure that the association has their correct contact details • Educate themselves regarding the rules and regulations of the community • Comply with these rules and regulations and ensure that their guests and visitors do as well, and where the property is rented out, to ensure that their tenants comply. • Engage constructively with their board of directors and estate management • Ensure that their levies are paid timeously. If they are unable to do this contact the association to make payment arrangements
