  3. As an architectural engineer in Kansas, Michael designs commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Including all parts of a completed building like the electrical circuitry, or plumbing systems. His most recent project was building an office complex for the Poyola School District in Kansas. What does An Architectural Engineer Do?

  4. An architectural engineer needs to have a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering.

  5. The other side of the coin • Michael on average works 50 hours a week • His job has him traveling all across the country • He has a high paying job • He graduated from Kansas • He majored in architectural engineering

  7. No, it’s not really my first choice. I want to be an scientist but I suppose if that doesn’t work out I could be an engineer. If I was going to be one I may be a chemical engineer Will I Be An Engineer?

  9. You know I really have no idea I’m just fascinated with subatomic particles. So any company with a particle accelerator would be good for me. What company would you work for?
