Weight Workout

Join expert instructors Ilana Kovach and Jake Manjarres for an exhilarating weight workout at the AHS Athletic Facility.   3. Equipment Weight bench Weights Dumbbells of various weights Barbells of various weights

  4. Set up • Each workout will have a 2min cool down period • Workouts will be done consecutively • Weights will already be prepared because it weight room

  5. Workout layout

  6. Final cool down • Drink lots of H20 • Don’t sit down yet • Walk around • Stretch to avoid muscle soreness
