Costs for 2013 - 2014 TKE HQ Fees Fees New Member Fee $75 one time (Due upon bid accepted) (Refundable if dropped within first 2 weeks) Initiation Fee $225 one time (Due upon completion of new member training program) Annual Membership Dues $600 a year per person Annual Membership Fee $90 per semester or $140 in Sept Insurance Liability Fee $240 per year ($12,560 /53 active members) Chapter Fees to HQ $500 due in Sept ($500/53 is $10 per man) Chapter Conclave Savings Plan $500 per year ($500/53 is $10 per man) Delta Nu Fees New Member Fee DN $25 one time (nonrefundable) Out of House Parlor Fees $400 a year (due in September) Annual Rent Fee $3,125 a year (4 man suite paying annually or $405 for 9 monthly payments) House Damage Deposit Fee$300 (refundable upon move out) IFC Fees $20 per man

  20. What can you do to help? Recognize that you are the keepers of the Chapter and House for future generations of Delta Nu Tekes Respect the Property, One Another and Yourself • Don’t put the chapter and house at risk with stupid behavior and don’t allow risky behavior to continue • Attend classes and encourage others to do the same • Act as if your mother might read about your behavior on the front page of her local paper • Recruit, Recruit, Recruit - 50 new members • Train the new members to be good Frater by setting a good example and making sure they understand what is acceptable behavior.

Validate the address info by mailing to each address at least once during the calendar year. 2. Run all DN Review mailings thru the NCOA and updating the database 3. Establish a standard data format for the Frater database and put it on a secure web server with linked access for real time updating. 4. Run the database thru Facebook search to see how many emails and addresses we can pick up for posting to the database 5. Aggressively promote the update capability of the NWTKE.com web site to have Fraters self update 6. Send out an email via Constant Contact to validate he current data in the database 7. Establish Era Captains for updating selected eras
