ABOUT • Maama Africa the Voice Uganda is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities in Uganda • MISSION: Maama Africa works primarily to rescue, rehabilitate, empower and reconcile street children with their families. • VISION: Our vision for every child, life in all its fullness. • Our prayer for every heart, the will to make it so. • We have a Board of 5 Voluntary members • We have 3 full time care takers and 2 staff members that help with the empowerment centre • We have 63 children benefiting from our programs • We keep 19 in Maama Home • Resettled 4 • Married off one “Motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ, we serve alongside the poor and oppressed as a demonstration of God’s unconditional love for all people.”

  9. CRAFTS STEP 4. EMPOWER. Every child is taught how to contribute to their sustainability. The make paper beads. Briquettes( charcoal out of waste). Tailoring. Hair dressing Liquid soap making BRIQUETS. Charcoal out of west.

  13. OUR ACHIEVEMENTS RESETTLED 4 HOSTED A VOLUNTEER TEAM RAISED $5000 (RAISE A ROOF FOR LAND) $15,000 TO GO. SENT OFF 21 WOMEN UNDER EMPOWERMENT SKILLS PROJECT. FEED 19 CHILDREN WITH A MEAL AND CORN MEAL FOR BREAK FIRST. EDUCATE 53 THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS. TEMPORARY HOUSING 19 RECORDED 2 SONGS AS (kwera choir). COOKING STOVE.
