  2. European Masters 2009 April report • All dealers will have different time plans for their local competitions • However the over all European time plan (see next slide) is valid • Posters, pens and socks are sent out to promote the local competitions. Awaiting caps and jackets

  5. Region Denmark– Monthly Report • Reporting that the teams answer are evaluated. • This means that there are 5 teams left, for a final competition in DK. • The final competition in DK, will be hold 30. May. • The competition will be a mix of theoretical questions and practical exercises.

Time plan - POLAND Masters 2009 presentation, MASTERS 2009 Rules and Regulations translated and published on our local service Website, Posters about MASTERS 2009 exposed in service depots Local competition qualifications Week 12 : Technical Department meeting, discussion about MASTERS 2009 Week 14 : every service technician with enough experience will get questions from previous competition to be answered Week 16 : answers from service technicians applying for competition expected Week 24 : (2008-06-09) Local Masters competition in regions;Questions from MASTERS 2007 and sent out by MASTERS 2009 administartion to be used. Practical tasks on machines should be included; 2008-06-16 ONE team from every depot selected for main competition in Poland till 7

  16. Time plan Kuiken The Netherlands Local Dutch qualification: one (1) half day – date not final yet - somewhere in May - where we will organize the Volvo Masters Dutch Finals. Same date & time on all branches for all participants

  17. Participating dealers/ total participants Over the 7 branches we have approx 85 Field engineers & parts personell participating (= 70% of potential)
