  2. Chapter 29 Summary • Aouda, Fix and Passepartout and Phileas Fogg are playing a game of whist. Colonel Proctor interrupts their game and Fogg and Proctor get into an argument and decide to have a gun fight (or duel as they say in the book). • As they get ready to shoot at each other, the Sioux Indian Tribe attack the train they’re on.

  3. Chapter 30 summary • This chapter is about after the Sioux Indian attack three passengers including Passepartout are missing. • Fogg takes thirty soldiers to go find them. • Then the story moves to Fix and Auoda waiting at he train station Fix thinks about that he may have to arrest Fogg.

  4. Money Spent • $5,000 was spent for the soldiers to be divided evenly which comes out to be $166.67 per soldier.

  5. Setting • They’re in Omaha, Nebraska during this chapter. Screenshot on Google Earth of Nebraska and to the right is Omaha.

  6. Cultural Nuances • They had an Indian attack on the train and they had a duel.

  7. Important things charecters do and plot instances • Colonel Proctor and Fogg have a duel that is interrupted by the Sioux attack. Then 3 passengers go missing including Passepartout. Then Fogg goes to rescue him.
