Moroccan Vegetable Stew -This is a really substantial stew – abundance of vegetables in a flavourful, gently spiced tomato based curry. Rich in protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber and vitamins. You can serve this as is or with rice, couscous, quinoa, millets or with just a hunk of good bread to mop up all the delicious curry! My son loves it with paranthas too.   3. CARROT SEVIYAN PAYASAM Carrot Seviyan Payasam is a fabulous option, which, incidently, is totally loved by all.Kheer/ rice pudding is one of my favourite desserts of all time. While I do make it on special occasions, I really enjoy this vermicelli version. Its quicker and really fuss free. You all know by now, I’m a sucker for easy cooking, definitely not the one for slaving over the stove.

CASHEW STRAWBERRY OATMEAL This velvety Cashew Strawberry Oatmeal really takes no more than ten minutes to put together its gorgeous to look at, wholesome and gratifying with real flavours from real foods. Keep the nasties of boxed varieties away. Nourish yourself, eat well, and keep Sparkling. Homemade Cashew Milk is my absolute favourite. It really gives creaminess like no other non dairy milk.

  5. VEGAN ALMOND FUDGE It’s that time of the year when I can spend hours and hours in the kitchen, cooking up a storm! Alas, there is still all the other work to be taken care of, homework to be done, school projects to be given in and so while I crave for a slow cooking day, most days it’s about quick recipes. So here it is my super fast and healthyVegan Almond Fudge. It is a delicious treat to have.

Turmeric provides many health benefits as it has anti – bacterial, antioxidant properties.
