  14. Local Resolution NHD – Phase I • Purpose: develop a functional Local-Resolution hydrographic data model for the State of Indiana. This project shall meet federal National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) standards for High-Resolution and Local-Resolution watershed data set forth by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
