  2. Marine Protected Area • Active Member of Co-Management Group • Member of National Protected Areas Committee • Gained original funding from GBT for moorings in the MPA • Working with ‘Fisheries Division’ for upkeep & maintenance of moorings

  3. Marine Protected Area • Proactive Dive & Snorkel Briefings • Act as daily monitors & stewards of MPA • Educate Divers & Snorkellers on the importance of an MPA in Grenada • Future revenue to support MPA

  4. Underwater Sculpture Park • First Developed in October 2006 • Objective to relieve Environmental pressure from Flamingo Bay • Hugely successful • However, falling into disrepair

  5. Underwater Sculpture Park (USP)Renaissance • Last Sculpture was in July 2007 • 2009 USP Action Group Established • First Objective for USP - Regeneration • Second Objective for USP - Development • Next Sculptor Identified

  6. Underwater Sculpture Park (USP) • New Sculpture to be Installed March 2010 • First of seven New Sculptures by Rene Froehlich • Ongoing Development with Grenada • Global Invitation in 2011 • Raise awareness of the MPA in conjunction with the USP
