Missing link is the BNV Resources reach the Panchayat Even if Sarpanch is sincere, honest common man’s disinterest inability to participate make programs deliver less and late Now, BNV can bridge the gap BNV is a voter, part of Gram Sabha So, can be the 3rd way to participate in Govt. programs
