  3. Know lab procedures ahead of time, & follow exactly • Never do an unauthorized experiment Procedures

  4. Wear safety goggles when working with chemicals, flames, heating devices, or projectiles Eye Safety

  5. If a chemical gets in your eye, rinse eyes out for 15 minutes and notify an instructor Eye Safety

  6. Keep all long hair tied back • No loose clothing! • Foot wear that completely covers the foot is required Proper Attire

  7. If a chemical spills on your skin, notify the supervisor and rinse with water for 15 minutes • Wash hands after every lab Hand Safety
