  2. Director Duties Change or rotate window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect inventory or promotion. Arrange product, furniture, merchandise to be appealing or attention grabbing Develop idea's or plans for window or display decorations Consult with staff to determine merchandise to feature.

  3. Education Requirements • Post secondary education not required for this job. • 77% possess high school diploma or equivalent • 12% some college no degree • less then 4% less then a high school diploma
