  3. Moving Into the Implementation Phase • Identifying actionable parts of plan • Consideration of effective ways to effectively describe, present to the field and promote dissemination

Working with the Field • Purpose: to identify do-ability and establish next directions • Approach • Addressed CCAE meeting in the North (Director) • Conducted session with attendees at CAEAA Conference in the South (Director and AEO Staff) • Conducted session with ACSA in Sacramento (included call-ins) • Will meet with interested attendees at CCAE in Fresno

  5. Internal Work of AEO Staff Incorporated suggestions, ideas, and initial directions into an internal document: “The Plan in Three Components” Began the drafting of an implementation guide for future roll-out of goals and objectives of plan and next steps

  6. Production of Implementation Guide • Guide consists of: • Goals • Recommended actions and responsibilities—divided between the CDE/AEO and the Field • Needs • Actions Pending or in Place
