DIRECCIÓN DE INNOVACIÓN Y TECNOLOGÍA Construcción LIFE IMPACTO CERO Development and demonstration of an anti-bird strike tubular screen for High Speed Rail lines Desarrollo y demostración de la eficacia de una pantalla anticolisión para aves en líneas ferroviarias de alta velocidad 2013-2017 • Sus objetivos principales son: • Desarrollar la metodología propuesta para la determinación de las medidas óptimas de protección de la avifauna en nuevas Líneas de Alta Velocidad. • Demostrar la efectividad de un nuevo diseño de pantalla anticolisión para aves. Este diseño está basado en el concepto de pantalla de tubos exentos (PTE). • Aumentar el conocimiento sobre la interacción entre la infraestructura ferroviaria y la avifauna, con el objetivo de introducir mejoras de diseño que garanticen la biodiversidad. • Reducir el impacto de las Líneas de Alta Velocidad existentes y futuras, tanto en el área del proyecto como en las poblaciones de avifauna establecidas en áreas protegidas.
