  2. Roderigo • He is a liar and a tattle teller but at the same time he is commanded buy iago. He does whatever iago tells him to do.

  3. iago • the husband of Emilila, Desdemona's. He hates Othello for passing him up for promotion, and so makes a plan to destroy the Moor by making him believe that his wife, Desdemona, is having an affair with, Michael Cassio.

  4. brabanito • Desdemonas father and one of the senators of venice. • He is a very hi person and is a racis person to and hates the fack that his doughter is with a black guy.

  5. othello • Black Moor who is the greatest army general in Venice. He is intelligent, courageous, and honorable. His marriage to Desdemona

  6. cassio • Friends with othello • Is mad cause he wasintpromoded in being a higher solder instead another younger guy was.

  7. Duke of venice • . When Brabantio tries to have Othello punished for seducing his daughter Desdemona with witchcraft, the Duke displays his wisdom, learning the truth by leting Othello and Desdemona to tell their sides of the story. He later wisely tells Brabantio to accept Othello and Desdemona's marriage, arguing Brabantio will gain a "son" in the process.

  9. montano • Montano deeply respects Othello. Nonetheless Montano is trusting and easily manipulated since he readily believes Iago's assertions that Cassio, Othello's has a drinking problem.

  10. emilia • Wife to Iago but not loved by Iago • Emilia is trusted as a friend by Desdemona. and she is loyal to Iago
