  7. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO BUILD IMMEDIATELY IS THERE A TIME FRAME FOR BUILDING? • THERE IS NO TIME FRAME FOR BUILDING BUT WE ENCOURAGE QUICK DEVELOPMENT. WE DO NOT EXPECT THAT YOU WILL ABANDON YOUR LAND AFTER PURCHASE, BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ENCOURAGED BY THE SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL OCCUR IN THE ESTATE.
