Pallet Placard Line 3 Current DMM 705.8.6.6:Line 3 (Origin Line) The office of mailing or mailer information line (line 3 of required information) must be the bottom line of required information… However, some mailers have been using this line to print Destination Entry info, often omitting the origin info altogether…

  3. Two needs: USPS requires 3 lines, the third being the office of mailing or mailer location. Some mailers who dropship need destination entry office info for internal handling. Solution: Find room on pallet placards for both. Pallet Placard Line 3

  4. Mailers who print destination entry information on line 3 would have several options to print the origin office/mailer location elsewhere. Pallet Placard Line 3

  5. Three options for larger placards: Pallet Placard Line 3 DALLAS TX 75260 ORGN: MAILER NAME/53209 ORGN: MAILER NAME/53209 (Mailer or “extraneous” area) ORGN: MAILER NAME/53209

  6. 2 options for the smaller placard Pallet Placard Line 3 DALLAS TX 75260 ORIGIN: MAILER NAME/53209 ORGN: MAILER NAME/53209
