Community Economic Revitalization Board Mission: “Foster economic development through stimulation of private investment and job opportunities for the general welfare of state inhabitants…” - RCW 43.160 Generate significant private investment Create permanent family wage jobs with health benefits Complete project financing Create new state and local taxes as a result of business growth Respond to immediate business needs (siting & expansion) Encourage expansion in key business sectors

CERB Export Assistance Program • Created in 2010 to support the growth of Washington exports by funding infrastructure and technical assistance projects. • Eligible recipients: public institutions of higher education and local governments. • $3 million granted to six projects providing technical assistance and training to Washington businesses new to expert or new to market.
