Low-Power and High-Linearity Mixer Design Using Complex Transconductance Equivalent Circuit

This paper presents a novel design approach for a low-power, high-linearity mixer using a complex transconductance equivalent circuit. The proposed circuit architecture enhances performance metrics while maintaining efficiency, making it suitable for various applications in RF systems. The design was presented at the IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference in September 2005 and spans pages 365 to 368. Insights from this research can significantly contribute to the development of next-generation integrated circuits with improved linearity and minimal power consumption.
