Now it’s your turn . . . • You will be able to collaborate on a document • Switch from Adobe Connect to Google docs • We will allow 5 minutes for you to complete your assignment. • We will return to Adobe Connect
Assignment • You have all been given access to a document we created called: ILT 5660 Class Roster. • This document has two columns. Column one has everyone's name listed. Column two is blank.
Assignment, con’t • First, you will log into Google Docs • Second, you are to find your name in the first column and then type your name beside it in the second column. • Finally, click the Save button. Do not click Save and Close. • After you edit the document, there will be a delay of about 6 - 10 seconds and then you will be able to see that others are editing the document as well.
