Williamsport (All Star ) Teams • Participates in Little League World Series • Season Starts approx 6/20 • High Level of Competitiveness • Players will be asked to state and commit their availability for the All Star Games • High commitment • Possible Teams • Seniors (16U players) • Juniors (14U players) • Majors ((12U) 12 and 11 yrs old players) • 11U All Star (11 and 10 yrs old players) • 10U All Star (10 and 9 yrs old players)

Williamsport (All Star ) Teams • Player selection process for teams • Seniors, Juniors, Majors (12U) • Divisional ballot of players and coaches • 11U, 10U • Players ranked based on a compilation of • Open tryout evaluations • Farm and Majors coaches balloting • Rosters will be filled by the major’s division players first and then if necessary by farm players • Team announced on (Little League Rules) • June 5th for Girls and June 15th for Boys

Williamsport (All Star ) Teams • Games • Minimum of 2 as high ~ 20 (depending on success) • 1st Tier – within LL District 33(Westchester/Putnam) • 2nd Tier – within LL Section (Surrounding Counties) • 3rd Tier – NY State Championship • Can be held anywhere in NYS • 4th Tier – Regionals (Majors Division) • Girls – Bristol, CT • Boys – Bristol, CT • 5th Tier – World Series (Majors Division) • Girls – Portland, OR or Kirkland, WA • Boys – Williamsport, PA

Williamsport (All Star ) Teams • Other Info • Williamsport Teams are often combined with WPBA league team • The 12U Majors and 10U Williamsport Teams are the only teams BLL is committed to entering in the Williamsport Tournament • The other Williamsport teams (Seniors, Juniors, and 11U) are only entered after a BLL board discussion and decision • Approx Cost ~ • Dependent on size of roster and league fees • ~$225 when combined with a WPBA team • ~$100 when only an All Star team

WPBA Baseball and Softball • Player selection process for teams not associated with the Williamsport team • College, 18U, 17U, 16U, 14U, 13U, • Selected by division head and coaches • Open tryout (if necessary) • 11U, 10U, 9U • Players ranked based on a compilation of • Open tryout evaluations • Farm and Majors coaches balloting • Williamsport associated teams - the roster will be filled by the major’s division players first and then if necessary by farm players • WPBA has minimum age restrictions for the10U & 9U teams

  14. In House • Teams and league composed of Brewster Little League players • If formed usually for kids 6-8 yrs old (summer instructional) • Need at least 24 players and coaches in order to be formed

Other Important Information • Teams will only be formed if we have viable parents who volunteer to coach by June 10th • Tryouts will be in May and June • Details to be given out to in house teams in spring • LL age for boys is his age on April 31st • LL age for girls is her age on December 31st
