  2. Blended Cotton Yarn Blended Cotton Blended Cotton Yarn Yarn 01 01 The blended yarn is the kind of yarn in which several types of fibers are mixed together. They exhibit a blended characteristic which is entirely new. Mainly, two or more constituents are blended together to get the new product. The basic objective of blending is to give the end-product certain characteristics which are unobtainable from a single fiber component, such as strength, crease resistance, aesthetic effects & price. Blending Process: Blending, in yarn production, process of combining fibres of different origins (Natural/Man Made Fibre), length, thickness, or colour to make combining characteristic of the yarn.

  3. Melange Yarn Melange Yarn 02 Melange yarn is produced by the combination of a blend of different colour fibres to develop various shades in the yarn. Different in composition of fibres in the blend alters the uniqueness of spun melange yarn. Melange colour is a colour effect obtained by mixing of fibres in different colours before the blend. Grey Melange yarn ;Cotton Melange yarn and Other type of yarn For Instance , if we mix 99% raw white cotton & 1% dyed cotton (of any color), then it will be called "Melange" yarn.

  4. Injection Slub Yarn Injection Slub Blended Cotton Yarn Yarn 03 At Sutlej we believe that innovation is the way for spinners to succeed. Injection portion can be applied on various type of blended yarn. Multi Injection Effect : The injection of different colours on single yarn In combination with slub attachment, the company can produce a Multicount and Multitwist yarn and short slubs. This is achieved at high production speed and excellent yarn strength. At Sutlej we combine infinite possibilities/combination to change the twist, insert elastic or rigid core etc. Apply it everywhere On fashion T-shirts, fine dressing shirts, blouses, woollen knits or value added jeans. Application possibilities are huge

  5. Polyester Cotton/ Polyester Viscose Polyester Cotton/ Polyester Viscose 04 Polyester cotton fibre blended yarn is called PC yarn, but in general where the amount of polyester fibre is more than cotton fibre is called Poly cotton yarn Polyester is a man-made fiber with high abrasion resistance and cotton is a natural fiber and has good moisture absorbency & feel. Polyester is blended with cotton to make the fabric cheap as well as durable. Polyester is blended with cotton in different ratios like 80/20,65/35, 51/49,35/65 etc. Viscose is a semi-synthetic fibre which was earlier known as viscose rayon. The Yarn is made of cellulose fibre which is regenerated. It is highly absorbent and it is very similar to cotton. Polyester is blended with viscose to make the various variety of yarn. Polyester is blended with viscose in different ratios like 65/35, 51/49,35/65 etc.

  6. Jaspe/Roving Grindle Yarn Jaspe/Roving Blended Cotton Yarn Grindle 05 The Jaspe effect also begins with two different dyed combed tops. In contrast to the mélange yarns, the fibers are not mixed thoroughly. Instead, equal amounts of the two different colors are spun in parallel. This results in a more rustic play of color, in which each of the two colors remains clearly identifiable. This means that garments which are knit from jaspé yarns make wonderful coordinates. A similar effect to jaspé is called marled.Fabrics give unique double shade effect in single structure Grindle yarn is a two-ply special effect yarn made of two colors. Grindle yarns are. also called Twisted Yarns . Two yarns in different colors are twisted together. Among these two colors, one color will be in lighter shade and the other will be in darker shade. Blends: 100% Cotton and blend with all synthetic fibres as per customer requirement Jespe with slub and neppyand chill.flake is also possible

  7. Sustainable Yarn Sustainable Yarn 06 Sustainable yarn is made in a way that does not deplete the earth's resources. These yarns are produced from recyle process. Recycled polyester is usually made from recycled plastic bottles(rPET). Benefits of Use a Recyle Polyester Energy needed to make the rPET is less than what was needed to make the virgin polyester so it helps in saving the energy. It also helps in reducing the waste by keeping bottles and other plastics out of the landfills.

  8. Snow Heather Yarn Snow Heather Blended Cotton Yarn Yarn 07 A yarn that is spun using pre-dyed fibers. These fibers are blended together to give a particular look. In clothing, heather refers to interwoven yarns of mixed colors, and possibly the type of fiber, producing another color. It is typically used to mix multiple shades of grey or grey with another color to produce a muted shade (e.g., heather green), but any two colors can be mixed, including bright colors. Heather refers to a soft, muted color caused by blending different fibers into one yarn. The Snow Heather effect can be made in combination with slub effect, Injection slub effect. Heather is typically used in clothing like sweaters, and in home pieces like sofa upholstery.

  9. Compact Yarn Compact Yarn 08 The compact spinning is a process where fiber strand drawn by drafting system is condensed before twisting it. Compact yarn is an attachment on Ring Frame to produce the compact yarn. Improvement in tensile properties, reduced hairiness as well as improved regularity of a yarn are the key benefits of compact spinning. .
