  3. Acrostic ~ The first letter in each line spells a word. Heartbreaking He broke my heart Every piece, shattered All I wanted was his love Real, as he promised True, as mine for him But he walked away Right in the middle of paradise Every beat of my heart Aches for his love Keeping the flame aglow I will wait by the light Never losing the hope God will send him back to me The Sun Shines brightly Up in the sky Nice and warm on my skin.

My Body my body is a walking representation the outward visual caption of what it means to be me from the outside looking in at times I hide from you but mostly what you see is what you will get. I wish everyone could see my Christmas tree and have the fun and feel the childish glee coming to me when decorating it for all my friends to see.

  7. Parallel Poem ~ Uses repetitive lines and phrases I am a nutty guy who likes dolphins. I wonder what I, and the world, will be like in the year 2010. I hear silence pulsing in the middle of the night. I see a dolphin flying up to the sky. I want the adventure of life before it passes me by. I am a nutty guy who likes dolphins. I can… I can run; I can try; I can dream; I can fly; I can do anything if I am for the sky. ~Judie Strouf The sun is like an orange; The moon is like cheese; The lake is like blue crepe waving in the breeze; Trees are like octopi grasping for air; Grass is like carpet before it gets bare; Flowers are like rainbows; And clouds are like cotton; Nature’s gifts are like presents not soon forgotten.
