For Consideration • Virtual OSOCC to be primary tool to respond to UNDAC alert messges • Fax or e-mail as backup in cases where Virtual OSOCC cannot be accessed • Reply instructions on UNDAC alert messages will be modified accordingly • All national Mobilising Centres and Focal Points should set-up VO accounts • Ensure all national active UNDAC members have VO accounts • Regularly update personal profiles
