  7. Overview - EIS Governance Exide IS Steering Committee Meets on a regular frequency to evaluate technology projects that exceed $250K. Members include the division Presidents, CFO, Controller & CIO. Division IS Steering Committee Meets when needed but not less than once every 6 months. Purpose is to review significant projects and any support issues. Members include division Presidents and functional VPs. Informal but regular meetings with Division Presidents and key staff members to review business strategy and opportunities to use technology to improve customer service or reduce internal costs. Business Strategy and Alignment
