  3. What are the benefits? • The ability to attend and teach classes from another state or country. • Offer more classes for Alvernia students to attend and Professors to teach. • It can help to create a greater source of revenue from a new outlet that has very little boundaries.

  4. Why It’s Important for You to Know • Technology is rapidly changing and if you want to be involved you should get accustomed to it now. • The online world is becoming established into every aspect of our daily lives, it’s never bad to climb up the ladder when you have the chance.

  5. Conclusion • Alvernia University is not afraid of the world of online and blended education. • This will help the school continue it’s path to excellence and will help us to continue to compete with other institutions of higher education and continuing studies.
