Industry Business: Vacation Ownership/Resort Management • CHALLENGES/OPPORTUNITIES • Diamond Resorts an existing client on R11.5.10 operated on two instances that separated their U.S. and European financial systems. The customer needed to move to a single instance in order to promote global practices.
