Valid registration documents Valid registration documents The bidder must provide the following: • Supplier or business’s name • Registration number • Address/business location • Contact person & phone number • Note that bidder must submit the copies of company registration documents.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each Lot (lot 1, 2 & 3) Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each Lot (lot 1, 2 & 3) • We believe the bidder has engineer(s)/contacts on ground who can visit the sites & develop BOQ. • While developing BOQ at the site by checking areas of renovation, bidders can also guide themselves with TOR provided. • The BOQ should include S/No., description, unit, quantity, rate & total amount in USD • Each lot must have its own BOQ
• Implementation work plan (work schedule) • Bidder should indicate clearly when to start and finish the work • You can use your own format as long it contains: activity description, start and end date
