During the last five years Mike has focused solely on providing M&A advisory services as a Vice President in PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities LLC and as a member of the Transaction Services Group in Houston. Mike has advised on a broad range of transactions including large strategic/multinational transactions, mid-cap consolidation transactions, rollups, and private equity transactions. Mike serves PwC’s audit clients in Houston and throughout Texas in energy, industrial and consumer products, and technology / telecommunications. In addition, Mike leads the Energy Equity Investment Team in the US which serves private equity funds and large-company capital subsidiaries investing in oil and gas, power generation and distribution, and related energy equipment and services companies. Mike has professional affiliations with Financial Executives Institute, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association for Corporate Growth. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Texas.
