The problem of pride • Stir up trouble Throw out the mocker, and fighting goes, too. Quarrels and insults will disappear. Prov 22:10 Mockers can get a whole town agitated, but the wise will calm anger. Prov 29:8 • Does drama seem to surround you?
The problem of pride • Don’t accept advice or correction Anyone who rebukes a mocker will get an insult in return.Anyone who corrects the wicked will get hurt.So don’t bother correcting mockers; they will only hate you.But correct the wise, and they will love you. Prov 9:7-8 • How do you react when people tell you that you are wrong?
